On the Documentation Download pages (<http://www.php.net/download-docs.php> and <http://www.php.net/docs-echm.php>), you guys spend a lot of electrons advising non-Windows users how to make use of Windows .chm files, but none whatsoever advising Windows users how to make use of .gz and .tar.gz files.
