Oh, the irony. Shouldn't pear-dev be whitelisted such that even if a digest message contains a clickable link it gets through? Maybe someone out there knows how to fix this?
Best,
Robert

Hi! This is the ezmlm program. I'm managing the
pear-dev-digest@lists.php.net mailing list.
I'm working for my owner, who can be reached
at pear-dev-digest-owner@lists.php.net.
Messages to you from the pear-dev-digest mailing list seem to
have been bouncing. I've attached a copy of the first bounce
message I received.
If this message bounces too, I will send you a probe. If the probe bounces,
I will remove your address from the pear-dev-digest mailing list,
without further notice.
I've kept a list of which digests from the pear-dev-digest mailing list
have bounced from your address. For each digest you missed, I have
noted the number of the first message in the digest.
I do not archive the digests themselves, but you may be able to
get the messages from the main list archive.
To retrieve a set of messages 123-145 (a maximum of 100 per request),
send an empty message to:
<pear-dev-get.123_145@lists.php.net>
To receive a subject and author list for the last 100 or so messages,
send an empty message to:
<pear-dev-index@lists.php.net>
Here are the digest message numbers:
36189
