Hi,
I have a bug report about site www.php.net I'm in poland, and for some time php site displays manual for me in western european encoding. It sould be central european (ISO) not western!! because I'm getting %$#%$ messed characters.. after swithing to central european in for example IE everything displays normalWe know about this, and are already working on a solution.
