i guess its a probelm with me using some special technics with auto_prepend_file
just to be sure, there is no such a file or directory as mirror-info it's just being used with the error handler...right?
What "special techniques" are you using with the auto_prepend_file? I am under the impression that mirror sites are not allowed to do "sneaky" things with the php.net mirrors that they host. What exactly does your auto_prepend_file that you are using do?
No modification of the website is allowed, especially not with auto prepend files...
