Hi,
I'm from Brazil and I use the manual of PHP very often. When I reached the Chapter about security (Chapter IV, "Segurança"), I noticed that the contents were not translated. Could you please contact the translators and request a translation? No. Either you join the team and do the translation yourself, or you wait some time (days, months, years, I don't know) for the translators to pick that part and translate.
