It's Apache misconfiguration issue. Admin of this mirror should be
advised to read mirroring page (RemoveHandler var should be set).

Shortly after originally submitting this but I checked the indicated
page again, and it was functional with a new version. I visited this
new version a grand total of once, and now the internal server error is
back.
