mirroring problem

Dear Php Team,
We are trying to setup second php mirror from Serbia&Montenegro and we have some problems with
it. Server is FreeBSD 5.3 and its IP is 82.117.194.222 . We installed apache 1.3.33 and php 4.3.9
module on it but when we try to open http://php.visionwebhosting.net/ we get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: preg_replace() in /home2/php/www/include/site.inc on line

First we thought that is problem with php engine but if you check http://php.visionwebhosting.net/test.php you
will find out that page does compile. Please tell us what can be problem so that we can fix this
