No, the #Php on BRASnet NetWork is the biggest support channel in portuguese. In Brazil, there are a great number os websites and application using php, and greate websites to help users, and many of developers, using this channel to help and discussion of new tecnologies.

    Resource Center" i see great´s IRC Network, but in America Latina,
    the biggest network, the Brasnet (www.brasnet.org), dont have your
    link, and, at Brasnet, the #php channel is the great channel to
    discussion and support many users all day.
