At the top of the page there is a drop-down that "view the..." and you can select your language there. Or, alternatively you can select you preferred language permanently by going to http://www.php.net/my.php

Good afternoon, I went to_http://www.php.net/_And found that there was a tutorial link. So I followed it, only to land at_http://lu.php.net/tut.php_Which is in French. No doubt because I use a FR Belgium keyboard and because my local settings are for Belgium. However, I want to follow the tutorial in English. (My French is very limited). But there is no choice. On most multilingual websites I visit, if more than one language is available, it is possible for the user to chose rather than the provider to impose. No matter how many times I try to change lu.php to _www.php_ (on the assumption that the tutorial page has the same name in English) I get thrown back into French. Is there a simple solution? It would also be nice if in future you could find some way of offering your public a choice.
