Until the past few days I have never had a problem with following several forums on the NNTP access(via port 119) of lists.php.net. Now I get a connection refused message. If I attempt to us HTTP access I get the same thing. Is there a problem with these servers? Or, am I being blocked for some reason? Or, should I look for a problem on my end?
Thanks in advance.
