Mind your language!

Hi! I've been stumbling into a number of pages that are being rendered in the wrong language. Or at the very least, not the English language as I would expect. Go to: http://uk.php.net/manual/pt_BR/function.header.php This page seems to be rendered in Spanish. There is another page in the Image section (go to: http://uk.php.net/manual/en/ref.image.php) which has the page body header titles rendered in Spanish, also. Can't find the page at the moment, but it's there non the less.
