Getting Help

Please forgive me if this is the wrong address to send. I have been trying to subscribe to the PHP General Mailing List and the PHP DB mailing lists for the last couple of days and have had no success. I have followed the confirmation emails and the follow up email preventing spam on the list. Is there an alternative method I can imploy to sign up. I've never had this much trouble getting subscribed to the mailing groups as I have this past week or so. Thank you, Robbert van Andel
