Sorry, I have drawn my conclusion too fast.
It seems it's a local routing issue here at my work place.
Tnx anyway guys.

Hi Ramon,Please remove nl3.php.net from the load balancing / automatic redirection to regional sites. It has been unreachable for some time, and when I get redirected to it it is really annoying to wait for timeout/refresh.Well, nl3.php.net works for me perfectly, and it seems to be real fast. If you have some personal connectivity problems, you can select a fixed mirror site to get redirected to on your my php.net page, or you can start off browsing on a mirror site right away.
