slovak mirror not working

Hi ! When I go to ww.php.net and type some function name to search (ie. array), I'm automatically redirected to http://sk.php.net/manual-lookup.php?pattern=array (im from slovakia), but this page always shows: Service not working The service you tried to access with http://sk.php.net/manual-lookup.php?pattern=array is not available on this server right now. Please check back later, or if the problem persist, contact the webmasters. Since this problem persists for couple of days, Im contacting the webmasters as asked to. Also for example: http://sk.php.net/manual/en/ shows only blank page. Any ideas where the problem can be and how to fix it on my end to be able to use the site ? Thank you. Marek
