Isn't this the same problem reported in http://bugs.php.net/33351 (with a solution)? It seems microsoft introduced a little bug with SP2.
What does unblocking mean? Nuno, could you please prepare a patch, which I can apply to download-docs.php so that our users get informed? Goba
Windows XP SP2 blocks the access to files that were downloaded and aren't signed. So, when you click in a such file, the systems asks you if you really want to open the file that came from a not trusted source (Microsoft stuff..). But even if you click 'Run', it seems that windows has a bug in the chm viewer that prevents the html files included in the chm file to be displayed. The simple solution I've found is to unblock the file first, that means remove the associated meta-information that the file was downloaded from a distrusted source. That can be done by right-clicking in the file and selecting the properties and then click in the 'Unblock' button. Tomorrow I'll try to get some inspiration and write a patch :) Nuno
