The dk.php.net mirror is disabled currently due to that being out of
date (the rsync cronjob seems to be disfunctional). We are still waiting
for the maintainer to take action, but since the last mirror update was
more than one month ago, it is doable to remove the mirror on the
weekend, if we will not receive an answer from the maintainer in the
remaining days.
Ps. The current maintainer of dk.php.net also cc-ed.
