So there is tons of links out there pointing at a outdated php.net mirror. This problem could be solved by redirecting to another mirror until the mirror is up to date again. I know you php people disaggree, but i think that no information is better than wrong information. You are free to use any other mirror. We have contacted the maintainer, and will get the mirror fixed later this week, or early next week.
