They aren't looking for any US-mirrors, plus there are about half a dozen companies waiting in the wings willing to dedicate a lot more than 100gb of bandwidth so...
My company, for one, would donate an unlimited amount of bandwidth but they aren't interested.

Hello, I own a server in Florida, and I would be happy to mirror the php.net<http://php.net>website. The server runs on a 10mbps connection, and I would be able to give the account 100gb bandwidth and around 2gb space. I have got most of the content up already at www.phpnet.scriptstation.net<http://www.phpnet.scriptstation.net> Thank you --Regards Joshua Gigg (Owner of ScriptStation.net)
