The statistics on http://bugs.php.net/bugstats.php do
not calculate
correctly.
Reproduce code:
---------------
For example, currently shows 4 Critical but clicking link shows only 1.
As a result, other counts down the column are wrong (other rows on the
critical column show 1 but there are actually no bugs).
Expected result:

Correct count
Actual result:

Inorrect count
