Information From Venezuela

Hi to everyone who read this message. The main reason for writing this message is because in my country (Venezuela), we have a PHP Programming Site (www.php.com.ve<http://www.php.com.ve/>), which owner is certifying under PHP Group´s name, and I want to know if the above mentioned certification is really valid, due to the fact that for the same one, he charges a good quantity of money, which is not my problem, but it is if that certification isn't valid. He has certified like three hundred people and I think that if he is lying regard to the validity of this courses, you should make something for fix that problem. Otherwise, if the mentioned site or it´s owner (Alexander Garzon) is really qualified to do that, I would appreciate that you send me a diploma or some collateral that serves to calm my doubts.
