I have added the mirror as [www.]tw.php.net, although there is an
apparent error on the mirror site, because of which the mirror will not
show up in the mirror list, until this is fixed. The mirror checking
script (mirror-info.php in the website root) seems to halt on the
virtual() call. Please look into it.
