Not responding to ping either and traceroute dies a substantial distance away.
Probably a routing issue, it doesn't seem like this mirror has been removed from the automatic rotation, shouldn't the that be done automagically?
In any event i'm unable to connect now, either from home, the office or our data center (all the northeast, but I highly doubt its any kind of local issue).
I don't have the ability to dredge up the contact email for us3.php.net can someone with the ability to do that please send them an email and find out the status of the mirror?

Webmaster,
I have noticed that us3.php.net has not been responding to HTTP
connection requests since around 7;30pm PDT today. You may need to
restart a http service or machine.
Thanks,
