If you go to the main site (i.e http://www.php.net/downloads.php) and click on "PHP 5.0.5 zip package" then it loads a Page not displayed as the page it is trying to open (http://www.php.net/get/php-5.0.5-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror) does not actually exist. You cannot download from here. However, to get around this just go to mirrors at the the bottom of the page and use one of the mirror sites.
