ID: 32364 Updated by: sniper@php.net Reported By: ofho-xbtb at spamex dot com -Status: Open +Status: Bogus Bug Type: Website problem Operating System: irrelevant PHP Version: Irrelevant New Comment: The Apple provides only outdated PHP 4 binary. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2005-03-18 18:56:34] ofho-xbtb at spamex dot com Description: ------------ The PHP.net site only links to the entropy.ch web site (http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/php/) for installation instructions for PHP on Mac OS X. (see http://www.php.net/downloads.php) Apple provides excellent information for installing/configuring PHP in Mac OS X. I believe that a link to Apple's PHP page would be an appropriate addition to the PHP.net downloads page: http://developer.apple.com/internet/opensource/php.html Cheers, - Orest Reproduce code: --------------- n/a Expected result: ---------------- n/a Actual result: -------------- n/a ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=32364&edit=1
