that link (/ChangeLog-4.php) is the one i meant -
and (in my opinion) there should be a choice...

When navigating the PHP.net Webpage, clicking top-navi:"documentation"
brings you to the documentation Site as expected;
But therein on the left-hand side the link to "Php-Changelog"
only leads to PHP-4 Changelog - with no way of getting anywhere near
php-5 changelog or anywhere else for that matter...
Perhaps a little page with choices would be appropriate
like php4-changelog, php5-changelog, php51-changelog and so on
