Seems like you have not read the mirroring instructions carefully. Excerpt:
# Apache2 has 'AddHandler type-map var' enabled by default.
# Remove the comment sign on the line below if you have it enabled.
# RemoveHandler var
Now please review your configuration with the latest suggestions in
mind, so that other 'small' problems will not show up.
