Would it be worth adding a sentence to the
http://www.php.net/download-logos.php page then
to say that it cannot
be used to suggest endorsement of the PHP Group without permission? At
the moment, I think that that point (endorsement) is unclear,
particularly where it uses "course materials" as an example.
