Hi,
ru.php.net like all php.net mirrors is setup using a CNAME that points to a host on your domain (directnet.ru), take a look at the DNS records for ru.php.net:
ru.php.net is an alias for php.directnet.ru.
php.directnet.ru has address 195.222.161.50
so, in order to change the IP of ru.php.net, you actually need to change the IP of php.directnet.ru.
Gabor or someone else with access will be able to assist you with changing the name or if you actually want to change that CNAME to point to a subdomain of your new company instead of php.directnet.ru
