Just checked again, 6.42am in Buenos Aires: still the same. I've had other friend in .ar try,
and
the same result.
Try a .ar DNS server: 200.0.224.2 (most important one in .ar):
buanzo@murray ~ $ host -t a ar.php.net
ar.php.net is an alias for php.bairesweb.com.
php.bairesweb.com has address 200.59.45.3
