It would be nice if you could follow the advice in the error message and
compare the rysnc parameters you have with the ones adviced. Otherwise
this page will display that your mirror is improperly set up (as the exe
file is not there).

While you are at it, please also review your other settings regarding
the mirror to see that everything is fine.
