bs.php.net Alias Problem

Greetings, We have put up a Bahamas mirror site for php a couple of days ago. Everything seems to work ok except the faqs page, /echo, /stats, /mirror-info.php, and /error.php which time out. Gabor had mentioned to me that it looks like aliasing is not working. I have set up the mirror according to the instructions on the php mirror site and after some time looking at the apache configs etc... I cannot determine what could be the problem.
