Dear Sir,
I'm contacting you because I want to know if I am allowed to make a
small site for my PHP project with almost the same web layout as your
site: www.php.net. That means I want to use your CSS files and your
logo modified by adding project's name on PHP logo. That's why I'm
kindly asking you for permission. No matter your answer is, please
contact me.
Best regards,
Raul IONESCU
