Hi,
The php.net site defaults to ISO-8859-1 encoding. So far, we have already changed the manual buildings, so that they should be all in UTF-8 by now.
Can we switch to UTF-8 in the whole site? There are some parts where this is usefull: the results.php is broken because it returns the data in UTF-8, with the content-encoding header set to ISO-8859-1. Manual notes are also a problem.
Anyone against?
