request for mirroring

Hello, I'm writing you in the behalf of UnderWarrior Project (www.underwar.co.il <http://www.underwar.co.il/> ), And we are interested in being the other (/second) mirror server for the site php.net in the address - il2.php.net. The current mirror server for this site collapses at least once a week and during the period of the last six months there are at least one or two break-downs per week. This makes difficulties to many PHP programmers who use the php.net constantly. We are keen PHP programmers and feel it is a shame for this tool not to be available because of such technical reasons. The amount of PHP programmers in Israel (as in the rest of the world) is in a constant growth, so we feel it is important to have access to the php.net contents at any time, and to have the servers functioning non-stop. That is why we wish to offer ourselves as the host of that mirror site - We have a very steady and stable server, plus high connection line inside Israel (100mbit) and would be happy to use it for such purpose. Thank you very much for your attention and time, Dekel, UnderWarrior Project
