Hi, I found a (relatively minor) security vulnerability in the way apache is
configured for the website http://www.php.net. Since
webmaster@php.net
forwards to a mailing list and a newsgroup, I would like to obtain the contact
information of someone in charge of www.php.net in order to disclose privately
this security vulnerability.
