Rsync server Unknown Host?

Hello, I'm looking to mirror the PHP within my corporate firewall so our developers don't have to be bogged down by our network latency, however my attemps to rsync have been met with "Unknown Host." Is there ip filtering in place, if so is there a way to get into the known hosts table? Or is my rsync command just faulty: rsync -avzC --timeout=600 --delete --delete-after \ --include='distributions/*.exe' \ rsync.php.net::phpweb c:/phpSite --include='manual/en/' --include='manual/en/**' --exclude='manual/**' --exclude='distributions/manual/**' Thanks in advance for any advice you can lend, Alex Rockwell
