#37102 [NEW]: Inconsistent character encoding

From: jah@php.net Operating system: PHP version: Irrelevant PHP Bug Type: Website problem Bug description: Inconsistent character encoding Description: ------------ On the main page, Zürich and Gießen are encoded in ISO8859-1, Québec in UTF-8 (é as 0xC3A9). Also, at least in the finnish documentation main page, ä is sometimes encoded as 0xC3A4 (correct UTF-8), sometimes as 0xEFBFBD.
