events database utf8 conversion

Dear systems guys, The events database *needs* an iso-latin1 to utf8 conversion. The events submitted before php.net was switched over to all utf8 display in a very bad shape: http://www.php.net/cal.php?id=1200 http://www.php.net/cal.php?id=1888 What we can temporarily do is to htmlspecialchars() all text (which is done with the event title on these individual pages, but not with the long description, and not with the titles on the frontpage). I don't think this is a good idea though. Gabor
