Bug Type: Website problem
Operating System: WinXP Pro / MSIE 7b2
PHP Version: Irrelevant
New Comment:
I have neither the time nor the motivation to make this stuff work with
IE. And IE7 specifically has all sorts of nasty memory leaks still.

Description:
------------
While visiting http://talks.php.net/show/acc_php/24, it told me:
"Please use
a browser that works" without any further explaination. I've got two
points:
- Why is my browser "not working"?
- Why is there not a complete explaination of the problem and (pointers
to) a solution. What is 'a browser that works'?
Reproduce code:
---------------
I'm using IE7 beta 2 for my day to day browsing at the moment.
Fortunately, Firefox is also installed for cross-browser checking of
websites.
Expected result:
----------------
Normal display of requested page or a helpfull error message explaining
why this is happening and how to solve the problem.
