Bug description: xml_set_character_data_handler documentation
Description:
------------
XML documentation for xml_set_character_data_handler nowhere says when the
event handler callback is invoked. I am left guessing. Maybe I can look at
the examples and run some tests, but, come on, guys, any decent event
specification explains when or what triggers the event. Thanks.
