Event #2140: Open Source Developers' Conf 06

It covers numerous programming languages across a range of operating systems. We're seeking papers on Open Source languages, technologies, projects and tools as well as topics of interest to Open Source developers. Past keynote speakers have included Dr Damian Conway and Audrey Tang (of Perl fame), Anthony Baxter (Python release manager), Luke Welling and Jon Oxer (of PHP fame), Nathan Torkington (O'Reilly) and Richard Farnsworth (Australian Synchrotron). This year continues the huge success of OSDC 2004 and OSDC 2005 with a related conference (OSDC::Israel) held in Israel in February and the Australian conference being held in Melbourne on 5th - 8th December. Last year's accepted proposals are available for those who wish to gain an idea of what might be appropriate.
