Hi Damien, Hi Robyn,
Thanks for looking into this. Can you please take a look at another question: You submitted the event and it is now fully inserted in the database.
Yet, the event displayed on php.net are the events for the next 3 months, so PHPdc will not appear until july : this is the regular process.
Keith had attempted to post an announcement about our conference that he hoped would place on the home page of php.net like Zend or NYPHP conferences, but that didn't materialize. That is another process, actually. Prepare a statement about your call for Paper, along the line of
the statement you can find currently on PHP.net, or in the archives. Pack this with a logo, and send that to webmaster@php.net (add me if you feel you need it). After a short time for review, I'll pubish it on the web site.
This has become something of a crisis on our part since we can hardly interest speakers or sponsors for a conference that isn't even listed on the php.net site. PHP.net exposure definitely helps. Don't let that be your only marketing plans, though.
Damien Seguy.
