Hi,
Let me revive the question: is there any problem with removing the book section from the php.net website? The problem with keeping it is that it is not maintained, and it suggests that we encourage old (*very old*) books for our readers. And the books section is not going to get maintained either. Damien mentioned here that the books do have Amazon accounts associated with them, and the supposed money coming in might go to somewhere, where it is needed. That might stop us from removing the books section.
Rasmus, do you know something about this?
