We are a Zend Training Partner. Our Learning PHP course is the course developers need to learn how to leverage the PHP language and the MySQL database to generate web applications. This course covers the fundamentals of PHP programming, and also covers some advanced features of the language, such as using Object Oriented libraries, XML Processing and RSS feed generation. Students will learn how to develop secure, scaleable, PHP applications. This course is applicable to PHP4 as well as PHP5. This course is unique in that it teaches students a database engine independent method of accessing databases (using the PEAR::MDB2 set of libraries). This allows students to develop PHP applications that are portable across database engines, using a single, abstracted interface. The PEAR libraries also make it easy to create and execute queries securely (which aids in the prevention of SQL Injection attacks).
