Isn't is available somewhere else? It should be.The mysterious functable appears outdated, another online version exists here: http://zend.com/phpfunc/ But it lacks PHP 5 information, and due to it using old data the information is often incorrect. But, some related tools do exist in DocWeb: http://doc.php.net/php/ I'm not sure what else to say except an updated version does not [appear to] exist online although yes it would be nice.
