Hello all!
I'm wondering if we should modify the following mirror guidelines:

To strongly suggest using PHP 5 instead of saying "The PHP website requires PHP 4.3.x..." as done currently. As it stands today, about 24% of the mirrors use PHP 5.
Ideally all mirrors would have PHP 5 with simplexml enabled (for faster livedocs) but likely that won't happen for awhile. However, suggesting PHP 5 instead of 4 would be a good start.
