Forgot to mention that this only appears to be happening on the us2
mirror at the moment.

Short URLs such as http://us2.php.net/install no longer
redirect
properly.
Instead, a generic Apache "Not Found" page is displayed, also
explaining that a 404 was returned when using the ErrorDocument
request.
