Hi Mauricio,
The cr.php.net mirror site seems to be missing the files in folder /manual, eg. add-note.php, phpfi2.php and such. Our mirror bot checks for the noalias.txt file there to find out if you have an Apache manual alias or not. Since the files are not in there, you seem to be having an Apache manual alias. Please properly run rsync to have the files there. You also seem to be missing non-English manuals, which is not right for an official mirror. An official mirror should serve all languages.
