FYI: you can set your preferred mirror at php.net/my.php

the il2.php.net mirror is offline. Any search I do in Israel
automatically returns results from the il2.php.net domain. The site is
offline, so I always get errors. I've resorted to googling functions to
get docs ... blech.
This has happened to me very often on your site.
