I can't contribute : spammer's list used by PHP

Hello, I tried to contribute to PHP.net (mb_encode_mimeheader), but was blocked with the following message: Your IP is listed in one of the spammers lists we use, which aren't controlled by us. More information is available at http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=222.122.132.215. If the problem persists, please contact the webmaster <mailto:webmaster@php.net> My host ip is 143.248.30.177 and I have no idea where 222.122.132.215 comes from. Moreover, my attempt to add a note using a proxy server (at a different place) also failed with exactly the same error messag with the same bogus IP address. Would you please take a look at this issue and fix it if necessary? Thanks in advance, Jungshik
